Many drivers/crew members have called and indicated that December 17th conflicts with either work and/or family Christmas parties!

With this, we have scheduled January 8th as it follows the Racer’s Auction and the Green Bay Packers have a scheduled bye that Sunday!

There will be a wealth of information covered as this will be the only SLM meeting during the off season.  Hence, please plan to attend as this will be your chance to give your input!

ATTENTION: SUPER LATE MODEL DRIVERS!  AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING IS SLATED FOR DECEMBER 17th AT 1PM SHARP!  SITE OF MEETING WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON.  ITEMS OF DISCUSSION WILL BE TIRES, RULES, MISC.

Our first practice date is set for April 21.  Practice will run from 10AM to 3PM.  During said practice time, local/regional media will also be invited to do their interviews/news stories!  We will also be pre registering for pit stalls and completing driver information forms.  After practice, we will be having our Third Annual Dart/Pool Kickoff Tournament!  Race fans are urged to attend and participate in the day’s festivities!

Curt Keene and Andrew Bartelt served as Masters of Ceremonies.  Kevin Ramsell and Mike “Lumpy” Lemke of ASA were on hand to speak, as was Diana Gruman of Rasmussen College.  Award winning tv reporter Bill Holland of Holland Enterprises, Tom Loos of Tom Loos Racing Photography, and Ed Gerl of Ed Gerl Productions were also special guests of the evening.

Numerous track champions were crowned as well as Sportsmanship awards, Rookie of the Year awards, Most Improved Driver awards, Sponsor Recognition awards, Employee Regonition awards, Yellow River Racing Series Champion, amongst numerous other awards.

With several hundred people present for the evening’s events, which was concluded with music by J.M.E. Disc Jockey Service, it was a great night had by all!

Fairchild, WI – October 26, 2011 – The 2011 Marshfield Motor Speedway Annual Awards Banquet is set for 11.11.11 at the Marshfield Eagles Club in Marshfield, Wisconsin.  Social hour will begin at 5:30, Dinner will be served at 6:30, Awards will be presented at 7:30, with Music beginning after the presentation of the awards.

Race fans, this is your opportunity to interact with your favorite driver(s)/crew(s) member(s) in a social setting.  Yes, this banquet is open to everyone, more importantly, our race fans that have supported Marshfield Motor Speedway!  Dress is casual!

If you have never been to a Marshfield Motor Speedway banquet, you are in for a real treat!  The Eagles Club of Marshfield puts on a terrific dinner with music/dance to follow the presentation of awards.

There will be free beer (until gone) beginning at social hour.  There will be two cash bars available, a 50/50 raffle, raffle prizes given away, and in all, a great night of fun!

Tim Anderson of Auburndale, WI captured the 2011 Bandit Division Track Championship at MMS and will be crowned Champion on November 11th!

Steve Hauser, a Gilman, WI native, will be crowned champion in the CWMSA 4-Cylinder Division at the Annual Awards Banquet on November 11th.

Manatawish Waters, WI driver Phil Malouf took home the championship in the Midwest Mod 4′s Division and will be crowned 2011 Marshfield Motor Speedway Track Champion!
