SLAM FEST TO INCREASE IT’S PAYOUT!
Fairchild, WI – May 30, 2012 – With the Slam Fest on tap this weekend at Marshfield Motor Speedway, owner Wayne Brevik has indicated that he is increasing the payout for the participants. Brevik stated, “the drivers put on a heck of a show and I think they should be rewarded for their efforts.” Brevik further stated, “we have ten very excited events schedule and they should prove to be very exciting for the fans!”
Payout for each event will be $100 to the winner, $50 for second, and $25 for third. Also, all three positions will also receive trophies. Events penciled in are the last man race, tire race, burn out contest, relay race, spin to win, 2nd over the line race, eskimo nose-2-nose race, daredevil jump contest, demolition derby, and the tire hockey race!
Pit gate opens at 11am and registration goes until 1pm. If participants can’t arrive by said time, they should call the track and let us know of their delay. Grandstand opens at 2pm with the exciting action beginning at 3pm. Admission is just $12 for adults, students 9-14 just $8, and kids 8 and under are always free at Marshfield Motor Speedway!

Upcoming events include the Al-Kul 50, a special Super Late Model race on June 9th, and the first leg of the Yellow River Racing Series is schedule on June 16th. The ASA Trucks will join the Super Lates on June 16th as well!
