Winter Storm Warning Postpones MMS Race Meeting!

Fairchild, WI, January 27, 2013 – Weather forecasters have issued a Winter Storm Warning for the area, forcing Marshfield Motor Speedway officials to postpone the Rules Meeting slated for this afternoon at Bakerville Sports Bar in Marshfield.

All rules, news, and notes will be posted on the Marshfield Motor Speedway website and Facebook later in the week, thus, allowing drivers and crews to become aware of newcomings for the 2013 race season.

Marshfield GM/Promoter Wayne Brevik stated, “We are very excited to enter the 2013 race season with the special events planned, and the implementation of the newly formed 6-Cylinder Division!”  Brevik further stated, “With Yellow River Racing Series, ARCA Midwest Tour, TUNDRA Series, AL-KUL Performance Radiators, Midwest Trucks, and Slam Fest events slated, fans are in for much excitement when they take their seats for the 2013 race season.”

Other divisions of racing on the schedule for the 2013 race season include, but not limited to, are: Limited Late Models, CWSSA Super Stocks, CWMSA 4-Cylinders, Bandits, Motorcycles, and the MAC 6-Cylinders!

The meeting scheduled for today will be rescheduled for a date in February and will be announced later in the week.
