Some of the bravest men to take to the raceway!  The 2-wheeled daredevils!  Motorcycles races always provide plenty of thrills on the high speed half-mile oval.

In the Super Late Model Feature, Tim Hintz and Darek Gress fought early for the lead, with Gress prevailing. Then, with 24 laps to go, Eugene Gregorich came three wide from the outside to take the lead. In the next lap, Gress’s car had mechanical trouble and was forced to pit. Mark Eswein battled with Gregorich, trying both the low and high grooves. Eventually, with 7 laps to go, Eswein took the inside of Gregorich in turns three and four to steal the lead. Gregorich fought off Chris Weinkauf to hold second, forcing Weinkauf to accept a third place finish. Point leader Ben Pettis raced in the top five throughout the race and finished fourth, with John Frazier finishing fifth.

The excitement in the Super Stock Feature was mainly in the race for second.  With 11 laps to go, Cale Laessig, who started tenth, took the lead and kept it until the finish. After the second caution of the night, Travis Zvolena and Andy Simonis battled for second, but with 7 laps to go, Simonis won the battle and kept second place until the checkered flag. After spinning in lap four and restarting at the rear, Randy Emmerich made a tremendous recovery to finish third. Zvolena ended up in fourth and Brian Weinfurter finished fifth.

Fifteen riders squared off on the blacktop oval tonight.  In the first heat T J Zeidler of Ringle led from the green flag to the white flag on his SK Service sponsored Yamaha; but his sponsor Steve Kasten pulled off an inside pass off turn four to steal the victory from his rider.  Brad Seavers took the holeshot on his Winch LP Gas , Rossier Engineering, SK Service , Pro Plates sponsored Honda and disappeared into the sunset with past winner Mark Zeidler in tow.  Brad held off Mark for the win.  All fifteen riders lined up in three rows for the start of the ten lap final.   Once again Brad Seavers pulled the holeshot into the first turn, but Mark Zeidler simply blasted by Seavers on the high line going into turn three to secure the top spot.  Third place was a dogfight between TJ Zeidler, Steve Kasten and local rider Cliff Eckes Jr.   On lap four Steve Kasten fought his way up into second place, but Mark Zeidler stretched out his lead on his Mom, Dad, TJ and Becky SK Service sponsored Honda, gapping the rest of the pack for an impressive victory.   His brother TJ rounded out the victory podium.
