Marshfield Super Speedway Race Report

Excellent Race Show Participation!

April 10, 2007; Marshfield, WI: - The Marshfield Super Speedway annual race show was held at the Marshfield mall, recently re-named Shoppes At Woodridge. The show started with machines going into the mall on Thursday night April 5th. The show continued all day Friday April 6th and Saturday April 7th.

There were also plenty of 4 cylinder cars on hand at the event.

A long line of 23 race machines went from end to end in the mall for people to view.

Two wheeled racing action was represented in the show by the Motorcycles which compete on the half-mile paved oval.

Twenty-three cars and motorcycles displayed their machines for the upcoming season.

Friday, April 6th, WDEZ 101.9 FM was on site with a live remote. Many area residents stopped by to check out the cars and pick up keywords to earn points for the radio station club.

The Easter Bunny was also on hand all weekend for pictures with small children.

Many thanks to all the drivers and riders that participated in helping heighten awareness of the upcoming race season.

The season is scheduled to open with an Eve of Devastation. Saturday, April 21st with pit gates & registration opening at Noon. Grandstand gates will open at 2 p.m. and the show will start at 4 p.m. Print off your copy of the flyer from our website for $1.00 off adult grandstand admission.

The race season opener will be Saturday, April 28th sponsored by Kafka Conveyors and Kafka Granite. Time Trials at 5:30 and racing will start at 7 p.m.
